2012.10.24 Club Balattou

Last Sunday we returned to our favorite venue, the Club Balattou. As always the gig went great, the sound was awesome and the patrons of the place offered us the space and time to get our stuff well setup. For the occasion we tried a couple of new songs. Out of everything we recorded the three tunes below sounded pretty good.

That night we did not have a lot of public, as Sundays are tough to get people out of their couches, specially those that have to go to work next day. In spite of that, there was a small yet very noisy crowd that really enjoyed the show, to the point that on some tunes they hit the floor and started dancing, specially with Camaguey and Baghdad. Thank you very much for coming to see us, and to Julien and Daniel Kasongo (incredible percussionist) that deliver some music between the two sets.
